William has been with Verizon for 12 years. He uses technology, gamification, social and mobile to engage and develop employees. He recently launched an employee engagement platform for Verizon customer service that is producing a measurable performance impact. William also developed the first training mobile game for newly hired employees to increase learning retention and sales results. He is a geek of the following disciplines: hockey, food, games of any type and those feel good Pixar movies.
