Lisa O'Donnell is the Vice President of Learning focusing on core Learning Services for Marriott International. She leads the teams that provide Learning Management System administration, social learning and collaboration, measurement and reporting, property openings system training, global core management operations support, and curriculum plan development. She has been integral in the application of social learning and business collaboration for many of Marriott International's learning programs and business units. Lisa joined Marriott International in 2007 as a Director of Learning, Brand Services.

Lisa has progressed in the Learning & Development industry from instructional design, facilitation, development, social learning, and learning administration for more than 25 years. She takes personal pride in continuing to develop herself both professionally and personally. Lisa has a Bachelors degree of Business Marketing and a Masters degree of Human Resource Management.
