Tim Collins has been part of the T-Mobile family for over 13 years. He has held leadership positions for 12 of those years, including Coach (supervisor) and Trainer roles. Today Tim acts as a Virtual Leadership Development Trainer, providing insight and guidance to Customer Service leaders across the country using various online methods.  Online engagement and interaction are at the core of what he does on a daily basis, from videos to virtual classroom experiences.
